Dear ministers and United Nations Security Council.
As you remember the conflict between Dhulbahante clan and Isak clan in Somaliland broke out in 1991 since the fall down of the central government of Somalia.
Since the break away so called republic of Somaliland was announced many clans neighboring to Isak clan were attempted to compelled and persuaded to support self declare Somaliland republic so this brought a rejection and conflict among those clans one of them is Dhulbahante clan which become the greatest opponent and rejected the announcement of the Isak republic because Dhulbahante clan supported the Unity of whole Somalia and this lead to them to battle with Isak clan supporting the United King , UN Agencies, Donors and international NGO’s .
Become back to recent incident in Kalshaale of district Buhodle , As you heard from International and local media reported that Isak clan armed with modern machine guns, Tanks and ant air craft missiles launched an attack to Kalshaale , Hagogane and Maygagle killing 112 and injured more than three hundred mostly Women and Children , it was a genocide and many families fled from their homes and are now living in open areas and rural . if we are the intellectuals of Buhotle noticed that the fund or the expenditure of this conflict come from the UN Agencies , great Britain and other international NGO’s so we demand from UK, and United Nations Security Council to take action against the above mentioned and war-brokers , we are demanding a compensation to the victims of this conflict of Buhotle and to stop the apparent intervention to our people otherwise all these above mentioned will be supporters of that aggression so called Somaliland and take the responsibility of that massacre.
